I went to cultural center last week i saw many art work, photo, and architech. When i walk in into cultural center, i saw many people doing homework and study. I went to second floor, it show the timeline how they rebuild after chicago fire. They talks about how Sullivan's idea have created the modern chicago. They also had many building models. I went to third floor, i saw many famous photographer's photos. I saw many photos that i was wondering how they took it and what's the meaning of the photo. I also saw the old modern recorder and camera. The cultural center have many great art work and the interior was build really nice.

ReplyDeleteWe didn't have time to see the Sullivan exhibit at the Cultural Center this time, but he ectainly was one of the most influential architects in the city of Chicago and we can still admire many of his designs in various buildings around the city. The exhibits at the Cultural Center change every few months, and usually they are quite amazing!
